Most furnaces use standard Heating Oil (Kerosene). Some systems can use Gas Oil (Red Diesel). Please refer to your furnace manual if you are unsure. You can also choose to order Heating Oil with an additive for improved performance.

• Normal Tanker (6 Wheel) - Select this if you have no access issues to your property or oil tank.
• Small Tanker (4 Wheel) - Required if you have tight corners, bridges, or vehicle restrictions. About 10 feet wide and 25 feet long.
• Baby Tanker (4 Wheel) - For very difficult access with low overhead structures or very narrow lanes. About 8 feet wide and 16-18 feet long.

If unsure, select Normal and add a note in the Special Instructions when ordering. Your supplier will contact you if there are any concerns.

Delivery times vary by supplier and product. Products are listed with their delivery timeframes (e.g. "3 business day delivery"). Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm are treated as the next business day.

Yes. All orders are processed over a secure HTTPS connection. When you place an order, the supplier will contact you to arrange payment directly. The Fuelyard does not process payments - we simply connect you with the cheapest supplier.
