Prices displayed on The Fuelyard are provided by our suppliers and are updated regularly. However, prices are subject to change and may vary between the time of search and the time of order confirmation. The final price will be confirmed during checkout.
When you place an order through The Fuelyard, you enter into a contract with the selected heating oil supplier, not with The Fuelyard. The supplier is responsible for delivery, pricing, and customer service related to your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by suppliers and are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The Fuelyard is not responsible for delivery delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the selected tanker size can access your property. If a delivery cannot be made due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
The Fuelyard does not process payments. When you place an order, the supplier will contact you to arrange payment. Payment terms, methods, and any applicable surcharges are between you and the supplier.
Sales tax on heating oil varies by state. Prices shown may not include applicable sales tax. Check with your supplier for details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login details with others.
The Fuelyard acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. We are not liable for the quality, quantity, or delivery of heating oil ordered through our platform.
